ORDER CANCELLATION
Order cancellation requests will be considered but are not guaranteed since we try to despatch orders as quickly as possible. We cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched. Once you have received your items, you may send them back for a refund as long as they are unused and unopened with the seals attached.
Once you receive an order confirmation by email, it means your order is already being processed and cannot be changed or cancelled
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please email us on contact@arderecosmetics.com within 7 days from the ship date for a refund on the purchase price, minus shipping, handling and other charges. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment. Once you have emailed us with your return request we will provide you with a reference number and the address to return your item/s to.
We cannot accept returns on opened and used products or products not bought online at ArdereCosmetics.com.
Items received as free as a Gift with Purchase are not eligible for a return or refund.
You must include a copy of the original order confirmation in the package.
